In addition to the foregoing, if you have obtained access to Intebooks content by purchasing a membership, except for any limited time trial, your access to the membership is conditioned upon timely payment and maintenance of your membership account; and you will not have access to Intebooks content if your membership is cancelled, allowed to lapse, or terminated for non-payment.

4 - Payments and Billing
4.1 - For e-books purchases and Memberships, the current fee amounts and any materially different terms from those described to you in this Agreement will be disclosed to you at sign-up or in other communications made available to you. When you purchase a membership or a e-book (such purchase, a “Transaction”), we may ask you to supply additional information relevant to your transaction, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card and your billing address (such information, “Payment Information”). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment method(s) represented by any such payment information. When you initiate a transaction, you authorize us to provide your payment information to third parties so we can complete your transaction and to charge your payment method for the type of transaction you have selected; you may need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your transaction (such information is included within the definition of Payment Information).
4.2 - If you elect to purchase an annual or monthly membership, you will be charged the annual or monthly membership fee (“Membership Fee”) at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each year or month thereafter, respectively, at the then-current rate. If you elect to purchase an annual membership, we will automatically charge you on the anniversary of the commencement of the paying portion of your membership using the payment information you have provided. If you elect to purchase a monthly membership, we will automatically charge you each month, on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership, using the payment information you have provided. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we may charge your payment method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you started your membership on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th, and your payment method would be billed on that date.
4.3 - By entering into the Agreement and electing to purchase an annual or monthly membership, you acknowledge that your membership has recurring payment features and you accept responsibility for all recurring payment obligations prior to cancellation of your membership by you or Intebooks. We may also periodically authorize your payment method in anticipation of applicable fees or related charges. Your membership continues until cancelled by you or we terminate your access to or use of the Intebooks platform or the membership in accordance with this Agreement (and the Terms of Use that form part of this Agreement).
4.4 - Intebooks may offer a free trial membership (“Free Trial”) for a specified period. If we offer you a free trial, the specific terms of your free trial will be provided at signup and/or in the promotional materials describing the free trial. Free trials may not be combined with any other offer. Free trials are only available to users who have not previously completed a free trial for a membership to the Intebooks platform. Unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of your free trial, we (or our third party payment processor) will begin charging your payment method on a recurring basis for the membership fee (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) until you cancel your membership. Instructions for cancelling your membership are stated below under the Section titled “Cancellation and Termination.” You will not receive a notice from us that your free trial has ended or that the paid portion of your membership has begun. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion.

5 - Refunds and Replacements - All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits, except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.

6 - Cancellation of Memberships - You may cancel your membership at any time. AS STATED IN OUR REFUND POLICY WITH RESPECT TO MEMBERSHIPS, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF ANY FEES OR CHARGES FOR MEMBERSHIPS. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE MEMBERSHIP FEE PAID FOR THE THEN CURRENT MEMBERSHIP PERIOD AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION. To cancel a membership, you can do so through the Intebooks platform by logging into the Site or the App and going to your account Settings. You may also email to initiate cancellation of a membership. You will be responsible for all membership Fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred before the effective date of your cancellation. If you cancel, your cancellation will be effective immediately, but Intebooks will allow you to access the Intebooks content until the most recently paid-up membership period ends, and then will terminate your access to Intebooks content, including any Intebooks content that you accessed. Cancelling your membership will not cancel your account. For example, if you purchased an e-book, you will continue to be able to access such e-book after cancelling your membership, unless your account is terminated.

You agree that Intebooks may terminate your membership and/or account for non-payment of membership Fees. In the event of any cancellation or termination of your membership or account, we may remove and discard all or any part of your account, user profile, and any content related to your account, at any time.

7 - Removal of Content - Regardless of which purchase option you have selected, Intebooks reserves the right to modify or withdraw at any time any Intebooks content from access by you at the request of its publisher or for any other reason. If Intebooks removes or deletes a particular piece of Intebooks content to which you have purchased access, Intebooks reserves the right to revoke your access.

8 - Term and Termination - This Agreement begins on the date on which you accept its terms and continues until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement (including your account), or suspend or terminate the Intebooks platform, with or without cause, at any time and without notice to you. Please refer to the “Intebooks Terms of Use” for additional terms applicable to the cancellation or termination of your account. Upon any cancellation or termination of this Agreement and/or your account, the rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will automatically terminate. This means that, among other things, you will no longer have access to any Intebooks content to which you have purchased access via the Intebooks platform.

Refund Policy
If you have an issue with your purchase on Intebooks because it was not what you expected or you were unable to enjoy it for some reason, we will be happy to get your money back to you, subject to the following guidelines. We do not want you to be unsatisfied with your purchase or your time on Intebooks, but there are restrictions to what we are able to refund that are necessary to keep in mind. It is extremely important to note: You must contact us within 30 days of a charge for a refund. We cannot grant you a refund for any charges that are more than 30 days old.

Refunds are processed to the same credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase. We do not provide refunds via cash, check, or other payment methods. We can only refund purchases that have happened in the last 30 days to the original payment card or PayPal account.

Conditions for a Refund: Technical Issues, Payment Errors, Fraud
Intebooks will of course issue refunds for purchases - made in the past 30 days - in the following cases:

Technical Issues: If you have experienced technical issues which are the fault of Intebooks that prevent you from using the purchase we may, in our sole discretion, provide you with a replacement copy of any such purchased content, which may be a different or updated version of such content. If we are unable to or choose not to provide a replacement, we will issue you a refund.
Fraud: it is determined that your account has been taken over by a third party and used fraudulently, we will of course issue a refund.
Payment Error: If it is determined that Intebooks charged you in error, we will definitely issue a refund.
Unexpected/Defective Content: If the purchase was made to unlock additional content that turns out to be drastically different from shown in the free preview or defective in some way, we will issue a refund to you.
But you must contact us within 30 days of a disputed charge for us to be able to issue a refund.

Unused Membership Refund Requirement
All monthly and yearly memberships automatically renew, but you can cancel at any time. You are responsible for canceling your membership if you no longer wish to be a paying member on Intebooks. Please see our guide to canceling your membership for instructions to cancel the renewing feature at any time.

Individual Purchase Refund Requirement
We cannot stress enough that you must contact us within 30 days to receive a refund no matter the circumstances resulting in the need for a refund.

For individual "purchase only" titles, you may receive a refund if the title is not as advertised by the author (e.g. misleading preview, incomplete, incorrect information, etc.) or when downloaded, the version is corrupt or otherwise unusable.

Content on Intebooks is uploaded and maintained by Safeliz. Please carefully review a title and read any reviews other members have left to make an informed decision before purchasing. If it is a corrupted file, misleading, incomplete, or incorrect, we will issue a refund as long as it happened within the last 30 days. We also ask that you then write a comment on the title to help warn other readers before they purchase it as well.

How to Request a Refund
If the purchase meets the requirements on what transaction we will refund and happened in the last 30 days, contact Intebooks support or email so they can issue you a refund for the charge.

Please include as much information on the purchase as possible to help us locate the purchase quickly for you. Ideally include:

The order number - This can be found in the receipt sent by email at the time of purchase or while logged into your account from your Order History
Your username and the email address attached to your Intebooks account
The amount of the purchase (in US dollars)
The date and time the charge was made
If you were charged by credit card: the last four digits of the card number (please, for security reasons, do not include the full number), the type of card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and the name that appears on the card
If you were charged through PayPal: the email address attached to your PayPal account and the transaction number of the order on PayPal

Reservation of Rights
Intebooks reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it reasonably believes (i) that you are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy; (ii) if you are in breach of our Terms of Use; or (iii) if Intebooks reasonably suspects that you are using our service fraudulently.

This refund guide does not affect your statutory rights.
